Project description:

UCHYTIL Ltd decided to use the results of analysis of employees training needs and implement within its further strategic development a concept of company education which also includes project of preparation and gradual realization of complex company program of further professional education of company employees.

Program content:

  1. Preparation of company educational program. A part of this program is educational activities specification, organizational arrangements, selection, engagement and motivation of target groups, evaluation method of efficiency and effectiveness of educational activities, company educational program link to system of development and human resources management.
  2. Preparation of 10 company lecturers and instructors - includes the acquisition of pedagogical skills, mastery of teaching methods, presentation and communication skills of lecturers and instructors.
  3. Increase availability of training by involving up to 120 employees across all occupations (management, technical, administrative and also blue-collar workers) in education and realization of educational activities for up to 700 participants. All educational activities are focused on key areas (general) skills (e.g. managerial skills, personality development, communication skills, information technologies, language training, general professional knowledge and skills).
  4. Realization of educational activities for particular groups of employees over 50 years of age (e.g. information technologies) and up to 25 years of age (personal development, team work, communication skills, etc.).
  5. Improving of educational training center environment by installing air-conditioning and skylights for day light access and equipment of educational training center by presentation technics - laptop and data projector with screen.

Main aim of the project:

The aim of the project is to create complex human resources development and management system in field of company education and contribute thus to increase employees adaptability, their qualification and competences, to increase their professional knowledge, capabilities and practical skills and to increase company competitiveness while respecting the principles of sustainable development.

Main project benefits and innovation in field of employees education:

  1. Implementation of new complex program of additional professional education of employees.
  2. Creation of absolutely new educational activities (personal development, managerial skills, commutation skills etc.).
  3. Increase the availability of education training to significantly wider range of participants than ever before.
  4. Application of new educational modules for particular groups of employees under 25 and over 50 years of age.
  5. Usage of new methods and forms of education (E-learning, use of ICT, audiovisual equipment)
  6. Introduction of a new method of measuring learning outcomes, evaluating the effectiveness of educational events and feedback from trainees.
  7. Application of education directly at workplace.
  8. Support for training and usage of internal lecturers within employees education.
  9. Usage of know-how of experienced employees over 50 years of age as internal instructors who will pass on their experience and examples of good work.
